Caterpillar Pick Up Information
You can pick up your caterpillar at the Kidspace Store*. On select days and times, you may also pick up orders at the Caterpillar Pick-Up Window next to admissions. Due to high demand, and the lifecycle of the caterpillars, orders must be picked up the week they are placed. Please see details below for more information.
*Please check museum calendar for regular and adjusted hours.
- All caterpillars must be picked up by SATURDAY the week they are purchased. Online orders placed on Saturday must be picked up the same day. The new week begins on Sundays.
- If your caterpillar is not picked up by end of the day on Saturday the week they are purchased, your order will be canceled and refunded.
- We are not able to "hold" caterpillars.
